HSA's National Head of Horticulture brings 20 years experience as Senior Lecturer coordinating the delivery of Tafe programs at Burnley Campus, University of Melbourne. He has substantial experience in the delivery of horticultural education in the Tafe and Higher Education Sector. Has a strong background in both Amenity & Production Horticulture Industry having worked at a large Tree Production Nursery. John has also extensive teaching experience in the area of plant protection and plant pathology and has been a ChemCert accredited trainer for 20 years. He oversees the delivery of all Post Diploma Qualifications at HSA.

As an Educator Pam has had more than 30 years experience specialising in the development of curriculums and training programs. Her recent achievements include teaching English Language Courses to International Students. She has a strong background in development and delivery of Industry-Based Training. Pam now works in the area of Organizational Development, Continuous Improvement & Marketing.

As assistant head of horticulture (Academic) he has had 15 years teaching experience in horticulture in areas covering production nursery, post harvest handling operations, supply chain management, irrigation management, and developing business plans. In his previous appointment at University of Queensland, Gatton Campus he delivered training across the production nursery and production horticulture industry. In his teaching he relates well with international students and students admire his presentations both inside and outside of the classroom environment. At HSA he has a mentoring role for trainers who directly report to him for advice, guidance, and directions in the delivery of high quality training.

An Agricultural Scientist with extensive experience in Tertiary Teaching, Research, Analyzing, & Marketing of variety of products and services in the agribusiness environment. Having worked for large agri-business organizations and at Universities & colleges in Australia and overseas, ram offers a strong background in the delivery of Consultancy & Training Services to the Australian Horticulture Industry. Currently, he heads the consultancy arm of the business and is actively involved in the development of new training programs in partnership with the industry.

Peter is a highly qualified and experienced professional with numerous credentials in Business, Commerce, Education and Linguistics. Besides having obtained a B.Com from Melbourne University, he was awarded a post-graduate qualification in Linguistics from the Regional Language Centre in Singapore and a Master Degree in Applied Linguistics from Melbourne University. He also gained extensive experience in teaching English in Singapore, Bangkok, Taipei and Melbourne. Peter's teaching methodology is unique to ensure students' success in learning English and achieving their set goals. While pursuing his Master Degree Qualification in Urban Horticulture at the University of Melbourne, he now operates as Director of Studies for the ELICOS program.
