How To Enrol

Congratulations on choosing HSA

HSA would like to welcome you and thank you for choosing Australia as a preferred study destination.

Your application process at HSA must be followed to ensure that full compliance related issues are taken into account.

The steps outlined below may not apply to all applicants (i.e. International clients and Australian clients). International clients refer to people who are not a New Zealand citizen, an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent resident. If you are unsure please contact HSA.

For applications being submitted on behalf of the client by an authorised representative (representatives must have a valid representation certificate from HSA), please ensure details are emailed or posted only. DO NOT FAX. E-mailed copies must be in *pdf.

Step 3

At this point, a Letter of Offer (LoF) (including, tax invoice) and Student Agreement will be issued to the client as long as they have met the enrolment requirements or the letter of offer will be issued 'subject to conditions of entry requirements to be met'.

Letter of Offer will be sent to nominated representative as per the application form and addressed to the representative, in lieu of the client, unless they are applying directly to HSA.

Copies of eCoE will be sent to the International Client or representative.

Australian Clients: Once the college has received the Signed Agreement and cleared funds into HSA's bank account, an acceptance letter will be issued to the Australian Client with a receipt of cleared funds.

Course duration and further information will be advised in writing to the client on the offer letter and eCoE / acceptance letter. Should you require amending your enrolment details please contact HSA directly via SKYPE or email.

We look forward to welcoming you on your arrival to HSA.
